Not On Mondays is a team of operators, delivery leads, and digital specialists. We provide operations consulting, delivery leadership, and project strategy to organisations across sectors. We join the team doing the work, not the one observing it.

Our work draws on expertise across operations, delivery, design, and technology. We shape it around what each organisation actually needs. We stay involved throughout, not just at the start.

We offer operations consulting, delivery leadership, project strategy, website design, and digital services, including CRM implementation and Salesforce support. Some clients come for a single piece of work. Others engage us on an ongoing basis.

We are not an advisory practice that hands over a report and steps back. We work alongside your team, stay involved as the work progresses, and share responsibility for getting things done.

  1. We embed with your team

    We join your team directly. We attend the meetings that matter, understand how decisions are made, and work within your existing structure — not around it.

  2. We bring in specialists when the work needs them

    We have a network of delivery managers, designers, researchers, and legal tech specialists. We bring them in when the work needs them. We do not add people to an engagement unless there is a clear reason to.

  3. We stay close to delivery

    We do not hand over a plan and step back. We stay involved as the work is delivered, removing blockers, tracking progress, and adjusting when things change.

  4. We prioritise outcomes over process

    We use process where it helps and drop it where it does not. We do not run meetings, produce documents, or follow frameworks unless they contribute to getting the work done on time.
